What is WIA?
WIA stands for Workforce Investment Act. Funds for this program come from the federal government to the State of Illinois for use in training and educational programs focusing on youth age 15 to 21.  Learn more.

Kendall Employment and Education Program
The Kendall Employment and Education Program (KEEP) helps youth prepare for jobs, find good jobs, and overcome obstacles. KEEP can help youth in planning for a career, in making an educational plan, and by teaching skills to keep a job.  Learn more.

Will County Career Seekers
Career Seekers is designed to provide assistance in employment and academic success through skill-building activities, connection to the workplace, and ongoing workplace mentoring and support.  The main component of the Career Seekers program is a work experience.  Learn more.

GED
The GED program is available to the residents of Will County from the ages of 15-21. Our program provides assistance to earn a high school equivalency certificate by passing tests on Reading, Writing, Social Studies, Science, and Mathematics.
